While using habaji's services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform for unfair advantage, using software bots or automated tools, or conducting fraudulent activities against other users is strictly prohibited.
Users must refrain from engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward other members. Demeaning or disrespecting any habaji employee or representative constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure.
All financial transactions on habaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Identity verification may be required before any transaction is processed, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.
Deposited funds may only be used for entertainment purposes on the habaji platform. Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit. habaji reserves the right to place a hold on transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Updated terms take effect 7 days after publication; continued use of the platform without objection during this period will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
